Dead Billionaires started as the songwriting project of frontman Warren Campbell in 2021 in Richmond Virginia. The trio wields music as a tool for grappling with the problems of our modern society, while having a hell of a lot of fun doing it.
Their third release "More!" explores the fraying of our collective psyche, taking aim at the billionaire class, federal workers enabling fascism, the disappearing American dream, climate anxiety, and workplace dissatisfaction. Clocking in at just under 11 minutes, Dead Billionaires present a tightly wound indie punk parcel, full of earworm melodies, sardonic lyrics, and lockstep instrumentals.
